Disappointment in Santam and PSG Consultant broker

Recently someone drove into my car. I was the innocent party, never claimed before I contact my PSG Consultant.

o Shocked she provided me with Santam's number to process my claim myself said it's easy and straight forward.
o Phoning Santam it's not that easy as no one took time to explain to me how a claim works.
o I had to phone several times to follow up to sort it out.
o After spoken to Shine Mudaka the assessor he had advised me that I can take my car I don't need to pay anything they will claim the excess from the guilty party
o So took my car in and had to pay the excess
o Phoned santam the Monday they advised me it can takes between 6 months and 2 years to get my access back and that a manager will phone me back - still waiting
o Spoke to their legal team today they said I might not get it back

If anyone explained it to me I would have never took my car in as a single mom I don't have R2500 laying around to pay for damages that I didn't even cause.

Disappointed in both the PSG Consultant and Santam.
