Unpaid third party claim

One of Santam clients hit my car on the back causing the damage to the minimum amount of R 16 000. The accident happened on the 5th November 2012! All processes and procedures were followed! The broker of the client requested that I send her all necessary documents (3 quotations, ID, drivers license), of which I did!

Later when I called Santum third party claims in February they told me that they have not received the documents! Later I send the documents to them via email! I spoke to one of the consultants and he said he will come back to me with full details of the claim, until today I have not received any information what so ever! Each time I call, I'm told that they are busy with the claim!

Because of the delay I decided to fix the car my self!
