I am extremely disappointed at the service I received i called numerous times regarding my claim that I submitted on the 05/01/2014 my claim has still not been processed and I am extremely unhappy I have confirmed with Patrick on the 25/01/2014 at 11:00 that he emailed all the documentation to musgrave Mtn and all that is required for me is to go pick up the phone I got there at 14:00 and Mtn had still not received any such documentation I am tired of running around to have my phone replaced I keep calling and going to the stores. I am wasting my petrol and airtime going around trying to sort this out. I am fed up with the stories I am being given every time I call. I was insured for 3500 and I want to take a samsung tablet and I will pay the access. But the 24 hour mobile insurance does not want to assist me I am with this company for over a year and this is my first claiming am extremely angered at the pathetic service I rec
