I have insured my phone with 24 Hour Mobility and on the 19th of November I lost my phone and called my network provider and the blacklisted the phone, reported at the local police stations and got a form to submit to the insurer. From then i still haven't received a replacement phone and all i get is stories every time I call 24 hour mobility. Today I have called them advising them that we are entering into the 4th week now without any word from them and I have to keep chasing up on them. I spoke to a Thabo Masuku who was not so polite and when I requested to speak to the manager he refused and put me on hold for more than 10 minutes, more than once pretending to be calling his manager who is "in a meeting". I have requested a call back from the manager and still haven't received any call back. I would like to have the matter dealt with accordingly and i need to get a phone ASAP as i am paying my premiums every month.
