24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
The worst service

My phone's claim was approved a few weeks ago for a lost S2. I was told that they don't make the S2 anymore and that i need to choose another phone worth R4300. I was told by Aqeeda this month that the S3mini is R4300 after that I went to several stores and the phone was out of stock. This week i called 3 different MTN's and Carlton Centre had stock and they confirmed their prices from 24 Mobility is R4200. Now Aqeeda is telling me that the prices of the phone have gone up to R4800. how is that even possible for a phone go up by R500 in a few days? i am not willing to pay the extra R500 infact 24 Hour should be paying me back for wasting my time and money since i have used my airtime and petrol aimlessly trying to get a phone. when i was at the store Aqeeda said I must ask the MTN consultant to scan the phone and she will give me the phone at the scanned price, the price was even lower, R4150 and when i called back Aqeeda is now ignoring me which is just so unprofessional. I WILL NOT PAY THE R500. its day light. They then told me if i have a problem i must call pinnacle marketing and i just did and they tell me to call admin, I'm tired of running around!
