Bad service from Nedbank

My sister send 14000 Euros from Germany to my husbands investment account. This account has been used before by the German Bank in 2011.The German Bank was informed that the money would be sent back as such an account did not exist. I spoke to the manageres at Garden Route Mall, she phoned Global in Cape Town and told me that there was no money, I said I thought the money was in Johannesburg, she denied this. The money was send back at a cost of 117.49 Euros and then resend again to a different acc at a cost of 25 Euros. All it needed was one phone call from Global or Nedbank to sort this out .the excuse is now the the acc no was written the wrong way I put the investment no first and then the account No I always do this and had no problems. I like to get my money back plus the interest of 19 days, but I get now where with Nedbank. Please help me Brigitte Stewart
