Terrible Service and never following up

I am tremendously disappointed with the lack of proffesionality of handling this matter an incident
Which occurred on the 28th of November 2012 where money was from my bank account and following all procedures even to the point where FNB lost my documents and never bothered calling me but instead I had to chase them as though I was in the wrong

No one yet again has the decency to get back to me this has made me feel like FNB honestly doesn't care about customers FNB lost my original documents and after four weeks I had to resend them. Beatrice and Kurt at the risk management center promised to sort this out as a matter of urgency and still nothing not an email not a call not anything!!!

It would seem FNB is so great at taking our money yet they don't really care when Money is from their clients. This is disappointing as I have been with FNB since I opened my first bank account. a matter which I was told would take 6 to 8 weeks is now going into the third Month a total of 12 weeks after I followed all your procedures (criminal case number, statement from police statement from bank what more do u need from me so I can get my money back a DNA sample?)
