My son had funds debited from his account. Upon querring the bank says it was debited to Township Hyper. According to them the funds never enter their acc. Back to bank, they called the call center 0860123000, the feedback is that my son must now wait 12 days for them to check as they hava a back logg and only after 12 days this will be flagged as a query. I find this totally unacceptable. The other banks namely Absa would have reversed the transaction or resolved it within 24 hours. Tried calling Standard bank regional office, transfered to customer services, waited 6 mins cut the call. service is shocking
