Applied for private vehicle finance. Was helped by a very efficient and effective man Ezekiel Raphunga from FNB. I got helped immediately and quoted and got the best interest rate. The useless staff from ABSA 5 days later was still not able to send me documentation or a quote. Ezekiel approved my deal in a day. Even though in the end FNB could not finance this specific vehicle as it was a repossesed vehicle I still received outstanding service.
