I applied for finance through FNB (my bank) and they work with Wesbank, I was declined due to a previous account I had on a Hyundai getz which I admittedly has problems with - 4 years ago... yet I still settled the vehicle early before the finance term was up... Wesbank declined my finance due to 4 years ago and when I asked when would the re-consider they do not reply... what happened to customer service, what happened in going the extra mile and speaking to your partner FNB and see how well I handle my personal accounts and my present credit checks and payments are perfect!! Wesbank will decline and do nothing else for there clients and I will definitely share this via social media's. TKF (Treat customers fairly) Wesbank clearly don't know what this is about!!
