I recently applied for car finance and have experienced a lot of frustration with FNB. I have tried calling the call centre to have my finance reviewed after been advised to call the call centre cause when i was in the branch they cannot help me with the finance. When i call the call centre i have spoken to nearly 10 people, all of whom cannot assist me in anyway. I don't understand how a finance house cant deal with the client directly and needs to speak to the dealer in order to get answers. The most frustrating part is that a bank that i have no relation with is willing to finance me with a better deal over my bank and that i have previously had finance with. I'm just a little disappointed considering how i have never had a problem before with FNB and that i always recommended them to other and even convinced family to move over.
