On 19 December 2012 I emailed and asked for an ESTIMATE on settlement of my cheque account, guess what, I am still waiting (QP1236772).

Today 11/03/2001 I found out my daughters account has been closed - a week after calling and telling you that I cannot access her account on cellphone banking!!! I have been trying to get her back onto my cellphone banking profile in order to deposit money into that account, but no help as usual! Instead you'll just close the account (09/03/2013).
I contacted cellphone banking but they are unable to tell me why the account was removed from my profile and I need to hold. After 28 minutes I eventually dropped the call...

No service!!!
