I have cellphone banking and internet banking. I was impressed with FNB's services especially the Temporary Loan that allows you quick access to cash should you require & it is convenient, simple & easy. So i tried it out for 2/3 months, R1000, each time & this amount came off my salary as soon as funds were deposited into my account, note my salary goes into an FNB account. So in December I was offered R3000, which I accepted, and this was paid also. I have not defaulted on all payments. I was interested to know if I qualified for a Personal Loan and called the Call Centre, and DECLINED.I enquired what amount do I qualify for on the Temporary Loan & was informed R900 (This is electronic, the system decides what I qualify for, now here is my question: 1.If this system is Automated, there has to be human intervention? I am a Call Centre Manager, & we are capable of overiding our systems to accomodate customers.2. If I am conducting my payments with FNB so well, why would I now be offered a lower amount or be declined on a Personal Loan? It is strange to think I can get R3000 temporarily, but not a Personal Loan or increase the TEMPORARY LOAN or make same.
Someone with Authority, plz help
