Cellphone Banking Saga

I bought R60 MTN airtime using cellphone banking on two occassions, last month and yesterday and I didn't receive the airtime but the money was deducted from my account on both occassions. I just looked at my bank statement and the transactions aren't reflected on it but the messages on my phone show the money being deducted. I am not sure what to do or how to go about fixing this problem.
