Unknown funeral policy

The funeral policy company is debiting my account, and i do not have any policy with them.my account has been debited since November 2013, which i called them and ask them about it..and i was told its a mistake happened when one of their client's details were captured, and was assured that it will be cancelled and never will it happen again.
to my surprise the same company debited me again on the 25th January 2014. i called them again and the consultant said the manager will call me regarding that, which did not happen, until i called again the following day, asked for the manager, who, in a very rude and cheeky way told the same story of the wrong details of a client, and they are unable to find the client to rectify the account details and she was not aware of the case.and she also said its not her fault that my account is getting debited.
so who is paying for the charges of my wrong debits and reversals in this regard..
i do not have a policy with them and i'm not even interested in their policy, i want them to get their hands off my bank account.
