Late last year i noticed that i have been getting double debits for almost a year by Chartis Life, upon following up i was told that i have two policies of the same thing, to my knowledge i had only took one with them, in their records the same employee who sold me the first one did the second sale and to my knowledge i did not take the second one, WHY WOULD I TAKE THE SAME COVER, REALLY? i logged a call and was assisted by Sindi with Ref number 4906862 end of November instead i got a call a week later asking me why im cancelling the policy. I requested voice recordings to prove i took the second policy till today nothing,
Last week i spoke to a friendly gentleman Nhlanhla Shezi ref number 507808. till today no one has bothered to follow up.
I want my refund for the fraudelent policy i never took.
Can someone please do come back to me help me resolve this, imagine of being robbed the whole year, in such tough times.
