A broker from regent sold me a retrenchment policy in May 2013, his name was dennis. I did not have my pay slip or banking details with me so we agreed that i would fax it to him. After faxing it to him i recieved a text message congradulating me for joining regent and informorming me that 160 would be debited from my account, but the policy i agreed to was 60rand. There after i contacted dennis who told me that hi team leader godfred kloberie made a mistake and open a funeral policy instead, i then asked dennis to cancel this policy. Dennis made me sign a form and told me it would be cancelled. Unfortunately it has not been cancelled to this day, and frankly i want my money bank and i want this policy to be cancelled
