I was in an accident on Friday and phone the emergency number. Wow by now they should know I was in an accident. Information given to me didn't correspond (2 different towing companies). Sms'e on what happen to your car been received 24 hours further. On Monday I need to inform them to start with the claim. Just to be told (while I'm single and on my own without a car) that the claim will take between 8-14 days to be approved or not. In the meantime the sales section don't know what claims section tell a person and nobody cares. Sorry is a easy word from everybody but nobody try to fix the problem. In the years that I pay for insurance there was never a problem (5years). Now that I need to claim the service is worst than worst.
