Ad service and debiting my account illegally

In 2011 the company Mhlangaveza come to our working place where they were promoting their family innsurance policy and i took the policy I have not received a policy document or any other form of communication from them. after a month of taking the policy i called yet again and they promised to send me my policy doc. Still nothing. then i requested cancellation in March 2011 still have the email and they said it was cancelled and they stopped billing me so now May 2013 and June 2013 they debited my acc illegally pls help i want my money
