I have a funeral policy and have covered 5 individuals including myself, my policy is R190P/M and debited on the 22nd each month, no debit was done for November, I called the call Centre on the 25th enquire about the debit order, the lady told me the debit order date was changed to the 25th by the system and it will go off over night, it did not go through, I phoned on the 26th again and spoke to another lady who said my mother one of my beneficiaries phone them and changed the debit order date to the 25th and gave them a new account number, thus my debit order did not go through... my mother blossom Phungula has a separate policy for R290.
and she phone to change the details on her policy not mine..I don't understand how can they not have seen that the policies are different, this is an inconvenience. Not sure what to do now, now blossom phungula has been debited for my policy and hers
