Hail damage claim on BMW E90

My BMW got damaged since the 28th November 2013 by the hail damage of which it is insured with BMW insurance. Tinus De beer from Assess Express was appointed to assess the car of which he sent me to J&H Auto spray to assess the car. I Don't know whats the arrangements between the insurer the assessor and J&H but i took my car for assessment. no feedback was given to me up until i see now it going for a month. J&H called me to bring the car as it has been approved then I called the assessor to find out whats happening and he told me to take the car in because the insurance approved it, then i called the insurance and they told me it has not been approved as i wanted a rental car. it has now been 2 months still paying the car and the insurance and the car is still in bad state to be driven nothing has been authorised yet and if i call the insurance claim department they take me from pillar to post telling me they seating with the board every week to discuss my car. I don't know whats happening between them and their providers or suppliers and they must not drag me me in between as i am the one who suffers here because now i have to use public transport... PLEASE HELP!
