Car hire not extendable

My car was damaged by the Edenvale hail storm late last year. i expect my insurance company to look after my interests in a case of car repairs. i handed 3 quotes in with my claim. assessors from the panelbeater and the insurance company assess the car damage, in this case incorrectly. the roof of my X3 could nto be repaired, which one of the quotes that I presented reflected. the Brolink (Lion of Africa) assessor went for the option of attempting to fix the roof. The hire car option is for a 30 day period. so almost 3 weeks into the repair process i am informed by the panelbeater (alberante) that they cannot repair my roof and i must extend my car hire for longer, as the insurance claim process had to be revisited and once approved the parts had to be ordered. the parts have not arrived yet and i was informed today that another roof has to be ordered and this means another 4 to 5 weeks delay.
Brolink, did not assess the damage correctly? the cheaper option was taken. i am inconvenienced - no car and incurring extra hire car costs. I pay your fees, i expect that you are concerned about your clients and take care to look after my interests.
