I recently had hail damage at my house. The hail damaged my gutters and also a part of my roof. Ooba sent out an assessor to come and assess the damage. They then reported back to me that the roof was old and that it is actually a maintenance issue and not hail damage!!! That roof was still fine before the hail, and now it's leaking severely! That tells me that it was the hail! I only bought that house a little less that 4 years ago and I then took out the Ooba Homeowners policy. They never even sent someone out back then to do an assessment of the house, so they insured it as it was.
This is not the first time that I had to put up a fight to get them to pay damage to my house.
