I approached Marius van Wyk for a quote from Outsurance. He was very efficient, patient & friendly in his dealings with me. He explained all the details in terms which I could understand and the whole quote took about a hour to process. We wanted first to contact our insurance company to compare prices and Marius patiently waited for us to get back to him. It took about a week for us to come to a decision and in that time i did not once feel pressure from him to commit and he did not harass me to commit like some agents would have done.
