No feedback as promised by Bob from Rivonia branch

I opened a business cheque account close on a year and a half ago as I started to run my own business as a Personal Trainer at Virgin Active. I have resigned with my last day being the 31 Jan 2014 and now would like to close this account as I am going back to being an employee and have no need for this account anymore. I opened the account at your Rivonia branch and went to the Fourways branch out of sheer convenience. Dora at the Fourways branch cancelled my card and sent a request via email direct to Bob Dlamini at the Rivonia branch to close my account. This was at 10 am today and she said that once he had done so and emailed her, she would email me confirming this. It is now 11.03 pm and I am still waiting, please will you chase this for me and let me know with feedback thank you! It should not take this long right?
