I have never ever experienced such nonsense with a bank. You go to the branch to sort something out and they put you on the phone to talk to the call center... Today I went to the branch to have me Greenbacks paid out as I was instructed to do by the call center. I get to the branch where they tell me that I can phone the call center and they will be able to transfer the money straight into my current account, saving me the R 30 I would have had to pay for a prepaid card. Now when I phoned them to arrange for the transfer I get told to go to the branch.
I am fed up with Nedbank. They have no customer service and their rewards system is no reward more a punishment.
