Call Center Different to Branch

Went to the branch with all documents and explained I could not find my ID. The consultant called the call center who said I must get a temp ID. I went to home affairs for the Temp ID. Then was told my the person loan pro that the loan could not be invalid as this was the temp ID. She advised that she would process everything if I could find my ID, which i did. only to be told that my ID was invalid due to the temp. I called the call center and was advised today at 12:22 that if i cancel my TEMP ID. my loan would be processed. which i did and went to the branch again. only not to be told they cannot accept it. I'm really upset as the branch says different things to the call center. the call is recorded with the guy saying everything would be accepted if I cancel the TEMP ID.
