On Calling the Nedbank call center, the gentleman refused to help me resolve the cancellation of the DSTV debit order while I was also searching for such a function on the internet account. On requesting to speak to his manager, he just put the phone down.
Then calling again, Melissa informs me that only the St Georges Mall branch can help me, and put me through.
The gentleman, a consultant, whose name I did not hear, refused to help me over the phone.
I am disabled, and getting into their branch is impossible. He then said I could go to any Nedbank branch to have the debit order cancelled. I know from experience that this is not possible. Using any other branch, is impossible, as they do not accept my power of attorney registered at the Mall branch on my Aunt's account, which I was trying to resolve.
This lack of assistance and understanding is something Nedbank has become famous for.
