I lost my card about 2 weeks ago and called in for a replacement card which I received within a few days. I called the Nedbank call center to link my new credit card to the existing profile for internet banking, in which I was transferred to 4 different consultants just to be told that there is some error and I have to go to the branch. I went to the branch where I waiting half an hour to be told that they can't do it and I have call the call center. I called again I was transferred so many times and again told to go to a branch.
I call the call center they say I must go to a Nedbank branch and when do go to a branch they say that I have to call the call center. I'm going in a loop just to link my card. I'm not going to leave work to go to a branch to spend another hour wasting my time. Just take this back and learn something from Standard Bank!!!
