POOR SERVICE ABSA CLAIMS CALLCENTRE

Damages to residential home on 28/10/2013. Claim was submitted with claim number on 28/10/2013 at at 14h00.
NO RESPONSE to claims due to hael damage. 2x accessors came to review damage early Jan 2014 after numerous calls to call centre.
According to call centre report concluded that damage was caused by burst water pipe and not hael damage!!! how can waterpipe break roof tiles?!?
We requested report and quotation so that we can contest this findings and after twice being promised that info will be emailed to me, still no email received.

Call centre only available after waiting on the line for 30 minutes and then not helpful and only prepared to take messages. Managers not available and no back response after leaving numerous messages.

I have 10month old baby and the electrical and ceiling problem is irritating!!!
New damage on 26/01/2014 after rainstorm due to roof that has not been fixed after hael storm 28/10/2013!!

ABSA's service is poor if not non-existing and we don't know where else to turn.
