Standard Bank best bank in Africa... I dont so

My credit card was swallowed two weeks ago. I have received my new credit card and wanted to sort out my credit card so that it will operate like it operated before. The lady (user id C602209) in my branch (Lynnwood Ridge) activated my account and I asked her to link my cards etc. She assured me that every thing is in order and is as it was before my card got swallowed.

When i wanted to do my banking i can not transfer between my accounts and my banking app is not working. The lady in the branch said i must call the call center if it is not right. I did call the call center and after 40 min on the phone they said I must go to my branch. The lady that helped me couldn't even log into her computer and had no idea what was going on around her.

So I lost 40 min of income due to the service at my branch. Wonder who will pay me for my time?

I had enough of the pour service standard bank is giving me. Does any one have some advice to which bank i can go to?
