On the 28 November 2014 it was on a Thursday afternoon Pretoria and other suburbs experienced hail and storm. The following Monday I logged a call that I was I involved in the disaster that happened last Thursday on the 28 November 2014. I gave them all the details they need and they asked me to go do assessment /inspection, I did just that.

They asked me to go and replace the windscreen at the nearest windscreen dealer. I went to GlassFif in Rustenburg and replace the screen and there was a confusion with regarding to access. They said I have to pay for access for windscreen. I called budget and they said I must pay that access for windscreen and also pay access for panel beating. I asked why because the accident happened at once will I be paying settlement or another access for panel beating, they said yes?

That is not according to my understanding i said. If I was involved in a head-on collision and the windscreen and the body of the car had to be replaced I would not pay for both but one access.

Even now my car is not fixed, I had to called them again to asked when are they going to fix it. They said they will send me and sms with the date, which is around March. I can wa
