My car was damaged during 30000 km service

I took my car for service on the 05/11/2013 and after washing it they put it on the sun then windscreen cracked. manager promised to replaced it.the following day he called me and ask me to claim from my insurance and he will pay access fee. i disagreed. he then said he will call again. since then he never called till i phone him, then he told me he will never replace my windscreen and dropped the phone on my ear. i called again and found that he was on leave, the assistant gave me his numbers and said he is the one to assist cause he is the one who promised to replace the windscreen. when i called him he told me he is on leave and i should not bother him, he then said " you black people are always full of " then dropped the phone on my ear again.
