Nedbank quick to call to say they have not received payment!!!
This has now been going on since November 2013 till today!!!

COME ON HOW HARD IS IT TO FOLLOW UP???

I AM TIRED OF BEING CALLED BY NEDBANK AGENTS SAYING IM OUTSTANDING WHEN IN FACT I DID THE PAYMENT AND HAVE SENT PROOF OF PAYMENT TO THE SAME NUMBER 0116306951 TO OVER 6 DIFFERENT COLLECTION AGENTS. THEO, MPHO, PATIENCE AND SO ON AND NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE COME BACK TO ME.

I HAVE CALLED ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS FOR FEEDBACK AND ALL I GET IS A GIGGLE AND THAT THE FAX HAS NOT BEEN SENT THROUGH TO THEM BY THE FAX ADMIN AND DAY BY DAY I GET HARASSED BY AGENTS SAYING IM OUTSTANDING ONCE AGAIN I HAVE TO EXPLAIN THE STORY TO ANOTHER PERSON.

COME ON WHEN IS ENOUGH IT GOING TO BE SOLVED???
SO THIS MORNING I CALL AGAIN DATED THE 29/01/14 GO THROUGH TO COLLECTIONS WAIT A GOOD 10 MINUTES BEFORE THE CALL IS ANSWERED EVENTUALLY NICOLE ANSWER BEFORE I CAN EVEN STATE ANYTHING NICOLE PUTS ME ON HOLD FOR A GOOD 3 MINUTES EVENTUALLY SHE RETRIEVES THE CALL I STATE MY DETAILS FOR CONFIRMATION EVEN CELL PHONE NUMBER AND WITHIN MINUTES THE CALL GOES DEAD. I GIVE HER THE BENFIT OF THE DOUBT SAYING SHE MIGHT CALL BACK NOTHING!
