I have a credit card with nedbank which i pay a monthly installment on without default. Each month however, instead of receiving a statement alerting me of the amount due, i first get my card blocked, then a harassing call from a call centre agent demanding money. Once an agent even apologized as she had not been aware that i had not received a statement!
Get your processes sorted! Having left nedbank for 3 years i thought by this time you would have improved! No incompetent agent must call me until I've received a statement
