I'm on the phone right now and it's been 20 minutes now. I've been holding for collections department. No one is picking up the phone. Apparently there is NO direct line to Collections. I need to request a very important document and it's urgent.
Someone from Nedbank PLEASE give me a call. This is urgent!!! I am calling for the third time and I'm not getting any assistance. Actually no one picks up the phone and I can hear the noise from the background. I tried both 0860 555 111 and 011 710 4710. Why are we given these numbers if the people won't answer the calls?
