I WAS OFFERED A CREDIT CARD BY NEDBANK AND TO MY SUPRISE I AM HARDLY DEBITED, I LAST CALLED THEIR CALL CENTRE AGENT ACKNOWLEDGED THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE THAT I WASNT DEBIT AND GOING ONWARDS I SHOULD DEBITED. IT IS AMZING THAT SUDDENLY I GOT SMS THAT I MUST CALL THEIR CALL ENTRE FOR FURTHER CLARITY ON 0115604635 NOT EVEN A SINGLE DAY THIS NUMBER WAS ANSWERED. i GOT TO A POINT QWHERE I AM TIRED CAUSE I PERSONALLY USE MY AIRIME TO PHONE THIS HOPELESS NUMBER AND TODAY I GOT SMS THAT MY ACCOUNT IS OVER DUE AND MUST PAY TO PREVENT LEGAL ACTION AND REFERED TO CALL THE SAME NR THAT I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND NEVER GET RESPOND EVEN NOW SO WHO'S PROBLEM IS IT, THAT I OPT FOR DEBIT ORDER AND NEDBANK DO IT WHEN THEY WANT TO AND NOW GIVEN A NR THAT DOESNT EVEN GET TO BE ANSWERED EVEN WHEN I HOLD ON FOR 5 MINUTES USING MY CELL PHONE... NOT IMPRESSED BEEN WITH NEDBANK FOR LONG VERY FUNNY THAT WHEN COMING TO MY NEDGROUP LIFE INSTALMENT AMOUNT THEY NEVER MISS IT EVERY MONTH. I AM TAKING MY SERVICES ELSEWHERE I AM TIRED OF NEDBANK'S BAD SERVICE, NOW THEY WANNA RUIN MY NAME FOR NOTHING
