I had to call Nedbank twice, once on the 20th to get the outstanding balance for my card.
On that day I was transferred to collections repeatedly.
Then someone from collections would answer & without warning I was put through to a voice automated System.
To leave my details or my calls would simply get dropped.
I had spent more than 35 minutes on the call, until luckily for me.
I got Jeremy who was polite, efficient... HE WAS HELPFUL.
Thank you Jeremy, people often forget how important their function is to somebody else.
I hope you know just how important you are, you're dealing with people's money/banking.
I called again today to cancel my credit card and again my calls were dropped.
Until I got another agent who like Jeremy gave me the assistance I needed.
The call reference numbers for both the agent I would like to commend are
64884170 and 64780746.
Nedbank is lucky to have employees like you who understand the value of servicing customers.
