I called the call centre on the 28/01/2014 to try and get a better rate for my car insurance which took like 15min not too bad, however when the agent could not match the current insurance company I am with it was almost like he wanted to end the call there and get rid of me. I had to ask about the R400 which he said they pay if they could not match my current insurance to which he said he will send me a link which i did not get. I called yesterday and today and 6 calls later they promised to send the link which they did not send. Apart from the R400 I can't image the poor after service once you join Outsurance if you had to do a claim. SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR PUTTING OUT AN ADVERT YOU CANNOT STAND BY!!!
