My vehicle had been financed by Wesbak and recently been paid up, now the drama started when I needed a settlement amount, spoke to a consultant who was clue less with what I want failed to answer simple question as per there statement that they send to us, the following day I called requested to speak a team manager, a gentleman by the name of Ashley Stone come on the line also explained to me how they calculated the settlement offers and why I don't get so much discount and he promised, did a transfer from my FNB account sent him proof of payment and he promised that my documents will be ready, to date I still have nothing from them, no settlement letter, no reg documents but the money is gone "maybe they need to use "HOW CAN WE TAKE YOUR MONEY" than "HOW CAN YOU HELP YOU" how does one get these people to do some work, I mean these documents are on file already some just needs to do some work.
