I phoned Auto and General today and was pleasantly surprised to hear a cheerful greeting from Brent Kowlessar. He was very helpful, considerate and professional in dealing with my plight.
I have always had excellent service from Auto and General all these years I have been with them, and like Brent, they go the extra mile for their customers. Truly a company that cares more for their customers than the revenue they get from them. Well done Brent and Auto and General!
