On Saturday (25/01/14) and yesterday (27/01/14) i went to at least 3 standard bank ATM's all of which were not working. Now i require cash so i was forced to go to another banks ATM. This was done because your ATM's were not working, why are you then charging me for using that other bank when you gave me no alternative, especially cause i actually was inconvenienced and drove and looked for another standard bank ATM. That's money from your customers and a very sneaky way of bringing in more revenue from withdrawls. very convenient that this happens at month end when more transactions take place. Reverse that charge it would never have been there in the first place if your ATM's were working.
