Logged a claim with absa for a damaged remote access gate claim no. 251 7611. assessor appointed and an inspection done for a quote to be done
2 weeks after inspection no action no feedback no contact
called and asked for update
response was we were just going to call you
the quote is below the excess so we will not pay
why did they not send me the quote 2 weeks ago, why did they not call
really pathetic service
if I was made aware that the quote was below the excess I would have had it repaired ages ago
absa insurance has no clue about customer service
the monthly premiums I pay are the source of the income for these useless agents
not cool at all
