I'm disgusted with Standard Bank, who sms me to collect a new card, but don't have the audacity to state in their sms that they will be charging a fee of R76, 00. I would have understood if it was my fault that I had to get a new card and then had to pay for it. How many millions does Standard Bank make through deceiving people in collecting new cards and then charging them R76, 00 afterwards. Standard Bank I believe is CROOKED, to take a person's money just like that not even notifying you that they will charge for a new card being collected. I want Standard Bank to refund my R76, 00 as they are quick to charge you R150, 00 if you ask for a replacement card.
