Hi,

Can someone please tell me why I don't receive any statements via email? I have phoned in 3 times before and every time I receive the welcome pack but after that I don't receive statements.

I have had the loan for a year but never received any statements and at this stage I am frustrated to keep on requesting the same info from you and every time it fails to reach me.

Please make sure that I receive a electronic statement today otherwise I will have to take this matter somewhere else.
