I really think this servIe provided from your side is ridcilouis. a while ago i personally call in and requested that my banking details must be changed.. In same time i requested that my mother policy must also be changed..I picked up that only my mom details are changed and not mine as requested.., MY Policy are closed and no one in formed me of it, I CALL NUMEROUS THE CALL CENTER AND THEY SAY ITS MY PROBLEM.. BUT IT IS NOT. as for i requested details to be changed and YOUR STAFF DID NOT DO HAS REQUESTED THEY WORKED HALF.. i want this Fixed or money returned.. Even your staff telling me im rude if im not.. I JUST WANT MY POLICY TO ME FIXED. THE PERSERSON ANA DLAMINI DID NOT CHANGED THE BANKING DETAILS FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO OTHER ACCOUNT AS I REQUESTED. SHE WNT AND CHANGED IT TO CASH AS I DID NOT REQUESTED TO BE CASH AND NOW YOUR STAFF WANTS TO MAKE ME A LAIR
