A While back I phoned your internet banking channel to cancel my internet banking subscription, as I do not use internet banking anymore, but the agent only suspended my internet banking! Today I phoned again, as I saw I am still being billed for this. Benjamin told me, I could only cancel the subscription from inside a branch?!?
Please could someone at ABSA just cancel this?
