Card was swopped in dec 2013, several call made to Std Bank and finally call made to Claims Resolutions dept but got same result. What I cannot understand that i called to stop my card b4 i left ATM and according to the investigator the money was withdrawn 7 mins prior to me making a call does he know how long it takes before they answer i think he is beign petty and trying to score browny points further more for more on this you may obtain my detailed mail from your resolution centre. I have had enough of Standard Bank with their pathetic service that they provide when you are in a situation like this and i must mention this is the third time i had bad service on 3 different occasions therfore i will not recomend anybody to them
