Poor service from the appointed contracto

Good day

Absa has appointed IQ constraction to repair the damage cused by the storm. IQ has sent me job card indicating that the work will be done within two days. first day the contraction came at 11:00 am with insuffiecient stock and they told me that companies are no more making asbestos then they we agreed on IBR rooofing they left and came back the following day. they managed with roofing and left two small bags of cement and they promise to come back monday and do filling and putting the ceiling. the supervisor by name of Steven indicated that some of ceiling will be painted only whereas the ceiling is damaged by rain. i didn`t agree with him so he called the owner and the owner called me and said his company will repair what is damaged by rain and i said the ceiling was damaged because of the leaking. Steven spoke to his boss again and he said they are going to remove the whole, while we were busy taking some of furnisher he called his his employees and he said we are speaking our language in front of him meaning we do not trust his work. i called his office the lady gave attitute, she did`nt want me to explain she said she can`t talk with me. i stood three day.
