Pathetic Service from ABSA

I went to Greenstone Shopping Centre on 11 May 2013. During my time there I went to ABSA bank in order to withdraw money from the ATM.
Whilst at the ATM my card was cloned. At no stage did I give my card to anyone or let anyone see my pin. I withdrew a small amount of money and received an sms detailing the transaction.

On Sunday morning just after 8 a.m. I received 8 messages indicating that a massive had taken place on my account. ABSA tell me that the money was withdrawn just before and just after midnight.

I reported this to ABSA who at the end of that week told me that they would not pay me back due to my negligence with both my card and pin. I asked them if I could visit their offices to see the video footage of the event. I was informed that the machine I used does not have a camera!

I have subsequently sent details of this to their disputes department. I have had no response apart from a computer generated email. I have tried to phone them but head office is not aware of such a department.
